The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre recently purchased an additional eight Martin MAC Encore Performance CLD LED Fixtures from Brisbane based AMPD Electronics.
This increases the BCEC inventory to 14 Martin Professional MAC Encore Performance LED Fixtures.
Eight of the Martin MAC Encore Performance will be installed into the Plaza Ballroom as key lights, satellite stage key lights, late notice banner lights and for room looks.
“The Martin MAC Encore Performance fixtures are a great addition to the BCEC’s event lighting inventory,” said Michael Duckworth, BCEC’s AV & Production Services Manager. “Their brightness is right between a MAC Viper and MAC Quantum in terms of output with a high quality light source with tungsten emulation, which is great when adding to incandescent fixtures plus the framing system is excellent.
MAC Encore Performance CLD integrates cutting-edge LED technology with a proprietary and innovative light engine carefully engineered to generate pristine, full spectrum light with ultra-high colour rendition. The feature-packed moving head offers unparalleled 6000 K crisp, neutral daylight. Its advanced colour mixing system delivers the full palette from smooth and subtle pastels to rich and vibrant saturated colours. Moreover, it offers a fully variable colour correction to tungsten/orange.
“These units will allow us to deliver the high quality service that our clients expect when they visit our venue,” added Michael.
With unparalleled 6000 K cold white light quality and super silent cooling and effects operation, we don’t doubt that for one minute!
