Brisbane Sound Group has taken delivery of 24 of our extremely versatile and popular ShowPRO R3 Wash lights. This small, yet powerful and extremely versatile fixture is equally suited to on-stage duties as a narrow beam fixture, boasting a super fat bright beam at 4°, and can also achieve a soft edge wash with loads of output at 60°.
“The R3 Washes fill a void in our small to medium-sized moving light stock,” explained Andrew Detenon, BSG’s Senior Production Technician. “We have had a few clients ask about them for upcoming events and fortunately Show Technology had them in stock.”
The R3 Wash offers flawless 16-bit 540°/270° motorized pan/tilt movement, an onboard user preset library, smooth dimming, built-in colour and strobe macros.
“The fixture itself is awesome!” commented Andrew. “It has a small footprint, very quick pan and tilt, great zoom and the warm white chip makes it easy to dial in a front wash look straight out of the box.”
The R3 Wash is a small package that weighs only 7 kg but packs a punch. It features an RGB + Warm White LED engine and a large colour palette can be achieved from saturated bold colours through to subtle pastels and amazing gold and ambers.
