When we released the ShowPRO Neptune 700 Profile a few weeks back, Perth’s Seamless AV was one of the first production companies to purchase these exciting new fixtures.
The ShowPRO Neptune 700 Profile is a compact IP65-rated, 600W LED powerhouse with framing. The incredible 7°-50° zoom range creates a truly versatile fixture when used with the gobo wheel for stunning aerial effects or with one of the frost filters to deliver a soft edge, wide coverage wash.
“We purchased eight Neptune 700s to add to our large fleet of ShowPRO moving heads including Pluto 4000s, Pluto 350s, Pluto 600s and Pluto beams,” explained Alex Moffat, Company Director. “They straight away went on a show and have been on a few more since. I am so impressed with the Neptune 700. It is super punchy, has an awesome zoom range and a great gobo selection.”
Alex adds that having the same fixture brand as the above-mentioned lights also helps with seamless colour mixing between them.
“The real bonus is having framing in these IP65-rated fixtures,” he declared. “As our requirements for shows evolve, it was a no-brainer to chat with Mike and Gino at Show Technology about starting on our IP65 fixture requirements. We are looking forward to adding another eight to the fleet soon.”
The photographs show the Neptune 700s utilised for a private 40th birthday party held in the Supreme Court Gardens. The Neptunes projected stunning colours, shapes and movement onto the gardens and the client was thrilled with the outcome.
