Early in October, New Zealand’s Electro-Tech Services took delivery of 24 x Martin MAC Ones, and the only time they were in the warehouse was for their initial testing, which is pictured!
“We required an update to our old reliable MAC 101s, which have served us well over the past and continue to be a good fitting, but the time had come to upgrade to keep up with demand,” commented Zac Norriss, General Manager at ETS. “Martin’s reliability attracted us – we have many of their products and recognise their quality. The fixture started showing on riders, which also cemented our decision.”
Upon using their MAC Ones, the crew at ETS were impressed by the Fresnel lens, something they said they hadn’t seen before in a fixture of this size and format. Zoom speed, brightness and the added touch of the ring of individual pixels were also impressive highlights.

ETS’ MAC Ones have been used in both live concerts and corporate events at this stage, with Zac remarking that the size and weight of the fixture make it very attractive and suitable for any market.
